Thank you for making your enquiry to our company for your proposal renewal in our Impressed Concrete product.
I would like to take this opportunity to explain why, as Regional Sales Manager for the company, I feel we can simply provide a better service than our competitors.
This will ensure you choose the right company for the job.

1. Mansion Driveways do not use a direct sales force.
I chose not to employ a sales staff as I feel this approach can often place customers in a position where they may feel obliged to place orders whilst under pressure. Instead we use our own Surveyors to simply provide a quotation that is valid for twelve months… and then they will leave.
2. Mansion Driveways do not use commission based Sales People.
Firstly, its nice to know that the quotation we provide is free of charge and should we be able to secure your order at some stage, you are not paying an additional 10-20% commission to a sales person.
Secondly, the sales technique of suggesting a particular price or offer is only available, ‘on the night’ places pressure on the customer to sign contracts there and then. | believe our customers are adult enough to reach a sensible decision in their own time. After all, most of us are aware that this ‘on the night’ only offer, or ‘I will ring my boss for a one-off discount’, is far from the truth… why should a discount only be available once anyway?
Mansion Driveways run offers and discounts too, but to provide a competitive price and they are available all year!
3. Mansion Driveways do not work from home, offer verbal estimates, do ‘cash’ deals and sell-on contracts, drive around in unmarked vans and answer our calls on mobile phones as a ‘one-man-band’ that is cheap and cheerful.
Instead we offer commitment to our industry and customers by having an established and respected business for over 10 years.
My surveyors will write/draw you out a formal and fixed-price quotation valid for 12 months. All our quotations are fully inclusive in price and we use our own installations company to fit your exact contract specification…
We provide our installers with all the necessary materials and tools to ensure your installation is completed to the highest standard and insist that the customer inspects each contract 3 times at each stage of the works.
Oh, and you are free to email, fax, write or telephone the company on our Freephone number 7 days a week, 7am to 7pm.
I believe this is commitment to your customers in the best possible way.

4. Mansion Driveways do not offer a short-term get-out-quick guarantee.
All Mansion Driveways customers firstly receive Deposit Protection for their immediate peace of mind.
In the long term we currently offer the longest guarantee in the industry, fully comprehensive for a period of 15 years.
I believe this clearly states the levels of competence our own installers employ with every contract installation.
5. Mansion Driveways do not commit customers immediately, for example… with pattern and colour choices.
A simple or even trivial matter you may think. But what better way to ensure their salesperson can ‘close ‘ the sale immediately than by committing the customer merely seeking a quotation, to a pattern and colour scheme at a specific price.
Because we are only seeking to provide you with the initial quotation you require, all our patterns in any of our colour combinations are the same price… we do not wish to know your chosen scheme until you are ready to place your order.
Even then, this choice can be made at some stage in the future, as long as it is made prior to installation of course!
