At Mansion Driveways it was OUR installation of Pattern Imprinted Concrete (PIC) at
Chessington World of Adventures theme park in Surrey that was seen as the first major installation in the south east.
We've followed this with the first and only 15 years guarantee in the UK, the first and only PIC firm with its own fitting firm, and the first and only to use independent surveyors. We then offered our customers Virtual Imagery software in the home, allowing them to 'see' the finished installation and scroll though our range with a click of the mouse button on the surveyors laptops.
So, it'll come as no surprise to you that the south's leading PIC firm is yet AGAIN offering its customers an industry first. In response to our customers comments and feedback we are now proud to announce our NEW Imprinted Concrete range, with not one, not two, but three systems to choose from, AND our new block paving range.
You'll be pleased to know that in the current economic climate you can continue to put your trust in us and know your money is safe, especially since a recent 'one-man-band' competitor has ceased trading last year leaving debts, its customers enticed by cheap prices stranded, and his one fitting team out of work.
Now another competitor, from the Sidcup area, 'has no work', and has sent his one team of fitters off to seek work elsewhere. A worry for any customer signed to their contracts, but a sigh of relief for those that have followed the pack for the last 15 years and decided to place their orders with us. In times like these however, WE opened 2 new Showroom displays last year, took on two new surveyors and one more fitting team. Far from suffering, OUR customers are enjoying the safety the Kent market leader offers.
However we are still constantly looking to improve our service, so it occurred to us that 'the best' system
(that we always offered to our customers anyway) might actually be more than some customers really need, ... allow us to explain.
You see our original 'Mansion' Imprinted Concrete System will take up to 5 plus cars in weight! It has a very high specification in terms of concrete strength. It also allows the customer to choose up to 3 or 4 colours from the PICS permanent colours range to compliment their chosen pattern design, and is guaranteed for our maximum term of 15 years. This is now become our top-range system but we have now additionally introduced
2 mid to lower range systems to accompany it, and a block paving range.

Our new mid-range system is called the Manor. Its load bearing is sufficient for 2 to 3 cars in weight so if you have a car each or your kids do too, then its ideal. The Manor allows 2 to 3 colours from the PICS range found in our Patterns & Colours section, and the guarantee is still an impressive 10 years.
Finally we have brought in our Grange system. Consider that even as our lowest specification the construction gives a 4 inch thick Type 1 Roadstone base, with 4 inches of our special concrete mix poured over this. It will easily take the weight of a large family car, and allows you to choose 1 colour from the PICS chart with your chosen pattern. Now also consider that the guarantee is still an impressive 5 times longer than the 1 year offered by a competitor, at 5 years.

The Concrete Society, the baseworks are not hardcore as used by many, but properly installed with the correct roadstones and the concrete mixes are from our usual suppliers...household names like Brett's and Hansons, computer batched and delivered to site. Of course we also still use the best colour on the market thats permanent (unlike many competitors hence the basic and minimum 1 year guarantees) from PICS the UK supplier, and our own teams to carry out the fitting of your installation, as usual.
All we have done is lower the specification with 2 new systems the Manor and the Grange as you may only need parking for 1 or 2 cars, you may feel you want just 1 or 2 colours and are happy to accept a 5 or 10 years guarantee given the work is to the same high standards. Finally, a trim to our own margins was also done to allow a further price reduction so we now have 3 systems with 3 varying price ranges for you to choose from, the top Mansion system, the mid range Manor system and finally the Grange.
Any customers wishing to compare prices and look at a block paving system can be offered our new Ditton Block Paving, but beware unlike many other firms that are marketing blocks, we WILL tell you
that it IS prone to sink, WILL harbour moss and weeds, and WILL require annual power washing to remove fungal growths.. and the sand between joints has a tendency to wash out so you WILL have to brush it back in as and when the rain (or your power washing) washes it away.If you're budgeting and have no choice but to accept all of this then we can offer this block system but it obviously only comes with a 12 months guarantee.
Like many you should decide to pay just a little more and forget your worries and move up from blocks to the Grange Imprinted Concrete system ... Its a perfect answer to the current financial situation and yet another first from us, |
