Because we lay our installations up to 8 inches thick, usually in a single sheet, it won't sink, allow weeds to grow and is stable to walk or park on. The colouring process is permanent and our special sealants* will not harbour moss and fungus or stain! All common problems with Block paving and Tarmac.
2. What choice of patterns and colours do I have and how do they affect the price?
This unique product is available in a variety of textured patterns with fantastic colours to compliment your home … All at the same price! Inset designs, borders and matching steps are also available.
3. Is the work guaranteed and how efficient are your installers?
Because we only use approved professional craftsmen for your installation and offer a 15 year guarantee** you can be assured of the highest standards of workmanship giving peace of mind for years to come.
4. How long is your quotation valid for?
Because our product is so very popular we do urge you to place your order quickly, our customers usually do this within 3-4 days of our visit. Once we have your firm order we will then hold the price for up to one year!
5. Do we have to decide our pattern and colour choices?
No you do not. In the majority of cases our customers use the delivery time to decide at their own leisure. After all, it's not something that you want to hurry!
6. Can we view your product anywhere?
Yes, of course … Over the last 10 years we have established ourselves as the most successful Impressed Concrete company in the south and have laid 1000’s of square metres of our product for many customers who are more than happy for you to inspect their installations … how is that for recommendation! You may also visit our various displays in popular garden centres across Kent. |
7. Can we delay our installation and how much notice do the installers give?
If you have other commitments or need time to raise funds you may delay installation to a time that suits you. Our installers will then make every effort to work to those dates, usually giving a weeks notice prior to installation.
8. I have certain worries about manholes, service piping to my home and drainage, for example, can you take care of these?
Yes, we can. Our surveyors and installers are highly trained and will take into account all aspects that have been discussed regarding the installation of your new driveway, patio or paths.
9. Will we be able to inspect the work to ensure we are 100% happy?
Most installations involve 3-4 stages i.e. The excavation and removal of the old surface. The installation of a firm stone base and the pouring of our special concrete mixes which are then coloured and imprinted by hand. Then finally the area is washed off and sealed. We recognise the need for you, as the customer, to inspect the works at the end of each of these stages, to ensure the final installation has been completed to your entire satisfaction. This ‘Inspection and Payments’ system has proved very popular with our customers.
