PLANNING PERMISSION FOR DRIVEWAYS |
 |
Autumn 2008 saw the introduction of new legislation requiring a planning application in some instances, if you are thinking of installing a new driveway. The concern was that some firms were not making adequate provision to allow rain water to find its way into the ground. Excess surface water it is believed, contributes to the flooding problem.
We are happy to say that this firm's Surveyors have always ensured that such surface waters are able to find their way either to flower borders, correctly installed soakaways, or drainage runs..just another reason why we use surveyors.
